Looking for your next challenge in the Funds Industry? A leading real assets provider in Luxembourg is seeking a Fund Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of complex funds while building your expertise in fund administration and corporate services.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the administration of funds, management companies, and related structures.
• Handle company secretarial tasks, including coordinating and preparing board and shareholder meeting minutes.
• Ensure accurate investor records and oversee changes/transfers.
• Mentor junior staff, supporting their development and growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in law, finance, business administration, or studying towards a relevant qualification.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
