Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting for a portfolio of Luxembourg entities, including bookkeeping, reconciliations and preparation/review of statutory financial statements and ECDF filings.
• Review accounting records from juniors and service providers to ensure alignment between internal ledgers and statutory accounts.
• Support quarterly processes such as NAV reviews, financial reconciliations and preparation of supporting analysis.
• Handle Luxembourg VAT, including annual VAT returns, VAT registrations and correspondence with tax authorities, as well as assisting with CIT/MBT filings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across accounting policies, internal controls and operational processes; support additional tasks such as liquidation procedures when required.

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field, with at least 5 years’ experience in Luxembourg investment and holding structures.
• Strong technical knowledge of Lux GAAP, VAT and corporate tax, with solid Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Excellent communication skills in English, good French and/ or German would be a bonus, and the ability to work independently with high attention to detail and strong analytical capability.
• A proactive, organised and reliable team player with a collaborative mindset.
