As a Senior Associate in International Fund Administration, you will manage vendor relationships (Transfer Agents, Fund Accounting, Custody, Depositary) across jurisdictions like Luxembourg, the UK, and Australia. You’ll handle due diligence, vendor oversight, AML/KYC monitoring, and contribute to regulatory compliance and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain vendor management frameworks
• Conduct AML/KYC reviews for shareholders
• Coordinate regulatory questionnaires and compliance reports
• Oversee vendor SLAs, ensuring timely and effective reviews
• Collaborate across departments on key projects and regulatory changes

Key requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in the fund industry, with knowledge of CSSF regulations
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English; a second language is a plus
