Corporate and Fund Officer – AIFs

Our client is a world-leading firm with long-standing expertise in Fund administration services. We are currently looking for a Corporate and Fund Officer to join the Luxembourg office, and be part of a very dynamic team, with international client exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of Luxembourg funds (plus other jurisdictions) entities.
• Produce minutes, organize, and attend board meetings.
• Provide daily support and guidance to a team of junior colleagues in other locations.
• Review of corporate documentation supervising A-Z cosec function from incorporation to liquidation.

Perfect candidate:

• Personality is Key, great team player, proactive, and very committed individual.
• University degree in Law, company secretary certification: ILA / CGO, ICSA/ CGI – Chartered Member.
• Experience working at the Funds level covering a portfolio of AIFs.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position in Luxembourg.
• Fluency in English, and other languages are a plus.
