In-House Legal Counsel – Asset Manager (Luxembourg)

The ideal profile will be a corporate lawyer responsible for in-house legal matters including drafting agreements with a deeper management of daily corporate transactions.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate from a law firm to transition to the client side and manage a range of legal and corporate affairs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to the various internal departments.
• Be responsible for the legal full life cycle of funds and entities.
• Review and draft legal documents (e.g. prospectus, supplier agreements for the Funds, etc).
• Maintain good relationships and liaise with all relevant parties (law firms, service providers).
• Be involved in various projects bringing your legal point of view and expertise.
• Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ of legal work experience
• Experience working from a Law Firm, and In House in Luxembourg
• Qualified lawyer
