Julia has worked in the recruitment industry for over 20 years and has experience in recruiting in multiple European jurisdictions. She has been working at Funds Talent in the Luxembourg office for the past six years.
Julia spent the first 10 years of her career recruiting for senior appointments in both the contracting and permanent markets. For most of her career, she has been recruiting or managing teams that operate in the financial services sector. Julia has a solid breadth of experience and understanding of this sector and is passionate about implementing the right recruitment solution, as well as running a robust process to get the best quality match for clients.
In recent years, Julia’s role has been focused on team management, training and development, and she oversees the team’s delivery to key accounts. She is one of the agency’s directors and is also a relationship manager on key accounts. Julia manages the onboarding of new clients and is the primary point of contact for many of Funds Talent’s longest standing relationships.
Julia ensures that the team is providing the highest level of service to both candidates and clients and that best practice is embedded in the team.
