SENIOR CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR
About the role
Great chance to come on board this international bank as a SENIOR CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR. We are looking for ambitious and strong administrator with previous experience in a Luxembourg corporate environment with attending large board meetings and taking minutes with tight timelines. Key responsibilities
- Manage the statutory requirements of a portfolio of Luxembourg (and other jurisdictions), listed and unlisted, entities, with supervision.
- Organise, prepare agendas for, and attend client board / investor / committee meetings.
- Liaise with internal and external parties as needed.
- Review of corporate documentation for the portfolio of clients.
Your Profile
- 4 to 5 years Fund Admin / CoSec experience.
- Understanding of regulated and unregulated investment vehicles (AIF/UCITs).
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg corporate law.
- Strong drafting skills
- You have fluent spoken and written English, French and/or German advantageous.
