Transfer Agent Associate – Luxembourg

Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, etc.) and maintain investor records.
• Perform AML/KYC due diligence and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with internal teams and external clients to deliver high-quality services.
• Prepare fund reporting and resolve client queries promptly.
• Assist in cash reconciliations and ensure accurate financial processing.
• Support or lead Transfer Agency-related projects and initiatives.

Key requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Transfer Agency, preferably in alternative investment funds (PE, RE, debt).
• Knowledge of Luxembourg AML/KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with large data sets, strong administrative skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
