Senior Manager AIFM – Fast-growing Private Equity Firm Luxembourg

Join a dynamic Luxembourg-based AIFM, as their new CoSec Senior Manager. You will lead 3 Seniors in the Fund Set-up department and transform the current Administration function into a scalable, efficient, and technology-driven division.

Partnering with a senior conducting officer, you will:

• Oversee the implementation and development of a long-term plan for the Fund set-up department.
• Lead and manage a team of 3 seniors Corporate Officer, providing managerial guidance and support as needed.
• Manage external fund administration service providers with all aspects of corporate governance, legal, and fund administration.
• Review complex legal documents to ensure proper execution and oversee the arrangements for legalisations, notarisations, and apostilles.
• Manage and review of funds flow, working with fund accounting and admin teams to ensure a smooth and efficient funding process.
• As a naturally ‘tech-driven’ person, support the firm wide projects with best practices, and efficiency gains.

Candidates must have:

• 6-10 years at senior manager level in AIFM or Fund Administrator.
• Hold a law degree or hold or relevant certification towards fund/corporate administration.
• Team management of 5+ seniors.
• Be comfortable managing multiple ongoing core deliverables.
• Fluent English, and German is a plus.
