𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 – 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦 (𝐋𝐮𝐱𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐠 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞)

Our client is a Global Private Equity Firm looking for a Senior profile with a Corporate and Accounting background.

You will be expected to hold and manage a portfolio of GP (General partners) from A to Z.

Responsibilities:

Corporate 90%:

• Day-to-day management of the GP of Luxembourg PE Funds,
• Liaise with Lawyers, investors, auditors, and other offices worldwide to cover all aspects of the funds,
• Drafting, and filing of the legal and corporate documentation,
• Lead and organize board meetings follow-up of the AGM/EGM,

Accounting 10%:

• Ensure the accounting of the GP Company (skills in BOB System is a plus),
• Preparation of financial statements, management fees, and recharge invoices,
• Payment instructions, management fees, and invoices via online system (RBSI or Multiline),

Requirements:

• University degree in Law, or accounting.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar position for Private Equity Funds, or equivalent.
• Personality is Key, great team player, proactive, and very committed individual.
• Fluent English and other languages (French) are a plus.
