Legal Officer – (German Speaker) In house Asset Manager

A dynamic and established Fund investment Manager is hiring a bright individual with a great personality to join their team in Luxembourg.

• Work within a well-established structure surrounded by great individuals.
• Develop your knowledge at the funds level, and build solid transactional skills.
• Take more responsibilities and be more autonomous.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents related to transaction management.
• Attendance at client board and investor meetings and preparation/review of minutes.
• A-Z management of the full life cycles of the company, from Incorporation to Liquidation.
• Develop your knowledge with typical Luxembourg PE and RE fund structures and documents.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience. Ideally within a Law firm or Finance industry.
• Fluent in English; and German.
