After several years of routine testing in pharmaceuticals, Dina craved a career where she could use her creativity, resourcefulness and extroverted nature to make a bigger impact. Her excellent analytical and thorough approach, together with being naturally creative have proved to be substantial assets in her progression and success as a marketing specialist with Funds Talent.

Naturally gifted in design and copywriting, Dina began with Funds Talent during the rebrand launch in April 2021 as a graphic designer and marketer on a part-time basis. She quickly became an indispensable part of the team and continues to spearhead marketing campaigns, curating the “Funds Talent” look, voice and inspirational advert copy across different media and platforms.

It is, however, through internal recruitment that she feels the reward of engaging with people on a genuine, meaningful level. Dina has a real desire to help others, in any way she can. She knows that Funds Talent is special; above all, we have a strong, collaborative and vibrant team, alongside a bullet-proof business model that fulfils the needs of candidates, their careers and our clients.

Dina has lived in Luxembourg since January 2020, and keeps actively informed on current ideas, opinions and transformations in Luxembourg’s funds industry. She knows that good industry knowledge is key for not only producing captivating content and meaningful graphics, but is also ideal for recruiting professionals who exactly meet our needs.
