The Dutch financial services company Intertrust seek an initial public offering of shares on the Euronext stock exchange.

The public offering should yield approximately 475 million euros, money that Intertrust will include to pay off debts.

Investment company Blackstone got Intertrust in December 2012. Deutsche Bank and UBS Group accompany the IPO.

Blackstone owns approximately 74 percent of Intertrust, the remaining shares are currently owned by 165 employees and board members.

The Amsterdam-based company provides financial services to venture capitalists, high net worth individuals and companies. It employs nearly 1,600 people at Intertrust, which operates in 26 countries.
