Look no further, our client, a prestigious Asset Management firm is searching for a Senior accountant who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations.

Your Responsibilities:

As our Senior Accountant, you will be at the heart of our financial operations. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

1. Portfolio Oversight:

• Control and review accounting records for your portfolio of entities, including Net Asset Value (NAV), investor reporting, capital statements, and capital calls & distributions.
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly analyses, ensuring compliance with group and tax reporting standards.

1. Regulatory Compliance:

• Review investors’ and regulatory reports under Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS.
• Conduct oversight meetings with service providers.
• Assist in tax filings and compliance requirements.

1. Strategic Collaboration:

• Participate in various projects alongside our Luxembourg and global finance teams.
• Present reports to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review legal documentation related to capital movements and financial instruments.

Experience and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A university degree in accounting and finance.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Luxembourg alternative investment industry.
• Proficiency in Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience working in a Big 4 or similar reputable firm.
• Be proficient in English and ideally French or Italian.
