Fund Controller & Accounting Manager | Real Estate
Summary
A French investment manager with strategies spanning different Real Estate asset classes across Europe is looking for a driven, motivated and commercially minded Fund Controller for a newly created role in their Luxembourg office.
The firm is an instantly recognisable company with a pan-European approach, combined with a strong track record in the structuring and execution of complex real estate transactions makes it a major player in the market. Working closely with a team of 10, you’ll play a key role in investor relations and strategizing with Fund Managers to maximise investment portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor production of statutory and consolidated accounts with local accountants, and custodian banks.
Calculation and analysis of fund NAV.
Lead audit process and make sure reports are issued according to deadlines.
Calculation of financial returns & funds.
Working closely with Fund Managers in the production of investor reports and presentations for fundraising.
Role Requirements:
Master’s degree in finance /business administration or relevant subjects.
2-4 years experience within an audit firm or in the finance team of a real estate asset manager
Fluent English, (French would be considered an advantage)
Strong finance and accounting knowledge
Attention to detail, organization and relationship skills.
Keen to develop a longer-term career with a leading global financial institution.
