Assistant Manager Legal – Top 5 largest PE

Summary

We have been mandated to help our client, one of the largest international PE and AI asset managers, in their search for an Assistant Legal Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a leading firm and work in-house with an experienced, dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare legal documents for transaction management throughout the companies’ life cycle (acquisition, holding period, divestment…).
• Drafting, contracts, agreements.
• Corporate governance coordination and organization relating to shareholders and board of managers.
• Liaising with external service providers.
• Opportunity to develop management skills by overseeing Juniors.

Key requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience. Ideally within a Law firm or Finance industry.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
• Experience working with Private Equity or Real Estate funds in Luxembourg.
• Take initiatives, possesses great organizational skills, problem solver.
